Dr Arsène Kouadio Konan, a Professor at University of Abidjan, holds a PhD in Economics from University of Montreal, Canada, Masters in Demography and has a Statistics Engineering Degree from Superior National School of Statistics and Applied Economics. He is also a consultant with various national and international organizations including the African Development Bank, the United National Development Programme and the United Children's Fund, among others.
