Dr Rubin Pillay is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at the University of Cape Town. Dr Pillay comes to the post as a specialist in Health Care Management. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town, an MSc in Health Care Management from the University of Luton, UK and a BSc in Pharmacology from the University of Stellenbosch.
